Everyone dreams of buying their first home, and the road to buying a home is not always smooth or straight. Despite what you hear on HGTV, it's a lot more than just submitting an offer and signing some paperwork- sellers have to be convinced to accept your offer, you have to have enough money for a down payment, you have to get pre-approved for a loan, etc.
